It’s all about the people here at Genesis10. Through each and every personal interaction – be it with clients, consultants, or employees – we strive to honor our five core guiding principles.
TRUST | INTEGRITY | ENGAGEMENT | AGILITY | SUSTAINABILITY
Nearly two decades ago, 10 people risked everything to create something new and unique, forming Genesis10.
Our name is a nod to the original 10 who believed in Genesis — new beginnings — and placed their trust in Harley Lippman to found and nurture organically a new technology staffing and services firm with a distinctive set of core values.
We set out to become a company that cares deeply about people and communities, about creating prosperity in America and serving and protecting our planet; a company that listens intently for what our clients, consultants and employees most need and responds rapidly with innovative solutions and services.
We have grown over the years into a thriving and diverse professional technology services firm that provides not only traditional staffing services, but also workforce optimization and domestic outsourcing solutions.
Should you choose to work with Genesis10 – as a client, a consultant or an employee – you can expect our interactions to be guided by these five core values:
TRUST. We were founded on a trust that existed between one visionary leader and 10 business executives. Every relationship we form as a company seeks to replicate this core founding principle.
INTEGRITY. To earn your trust, we promise to be good corporate citizens, to act consistently with integrity and to be known for our honesty and courage in always doing the right thing for our clients and people.
ENGAGEMENT. We listen, learn and respond. We commit to being readily available and approachable and never assume we have all the right answers.
AGILITY. Our readiness to engage and to learn empowers us to foresee change and to be exceptionally nimble at embracing it. We move constantly in a forward direction, creating practical solutions for contemporary problems and challenges.
SUSTAINABILITY. If trust is our foundation at Genesis10, then sustainability is our fabric. We build relationships that endure for decades. We focus not on filling our coffers, but on contributing to and building sustainable capabilities that support our clients’ business growth, our consultants’ professional growth and a path to prosperity that reverberates through local, regional and national economies. We also conduct our business in ways designed to protect and preserve our physical environment for the many generations to come.
In keeping with our core values, we actively encourage and make it possible for our people to give back and support dozens of diverse charities and other organizations with contributions of time, energy, financial and other forms of support. Here is just a small sample of the organizations that benefit:
