Genesis10 started in 1999 as a staffing company focused on providing top-caliber talent as well as building a better experience for our clients and our consultants. Building on that foundation, Genesis10 has evolved into a Professional Technology Services firm that provides staffing, consulting, talent creation, and domestic outsourcing solutions onsite or onshore. Our focus is to address workforce challenges and accelerate innovation with talent.

    A member of the Executive Team, Glenn provides strategic direction on the company’s growth as well as manages finance and operations. As a Certified Public Accountant, Glenn brings over 26 years of finance, operations, and resource management experience to Genesis10.

    Angie Brekke
    President, Dev10

    Angie manages Genesis10’s emerging talent program, Dev10—and the team in Minnesota. Under her leadership, Dev10 has received a Tekne Award presented by the Minnesota High Tech Association, and the Minnesota team has earned Top Workplace recognition. Angie also has been named to the Minnesota 500—The Most Powerful Business Leaders in Minnesota. She joined Genesis10 in 2011.

    As a member of the Executive Team, Mark leads all strategy and transformation efforts, corporate development activities, and alliances for the business. He’s focused on building a high-performing sales organization, driving a growth agenda, and elevating Genesis10 service lines to assist clients in successfully navigating complex business challenges.

    Remster oversees the recruiting function nationally, providing strategic direction on recruiting processes and technologies. Remster leverages his 19+ years of practical recruiting experience to develop innovative recruiting strategies. He also engages directly with clients to design effective recruiting and fulfillment solutions for large, complex engagements.

    Chief Information Officer

    Vincent serves as the Executive responsible for Genesis10’s information, data, communication and security management strategy, policies, governance and IT audit. He brings over 20 years of information technology experience with expertise in Microsoft Technologies.

    Andrew Chertoff
    Controller

    Andrew is charged with managing the financial health and mitigating operational risk at Genesis10. He has been with the company since 2001, providing management and oversight of the receivables, payables and payroll teams. Andrew is responsible for establishing, monitoring and enforcing financial-related policies, procedures and internal controls.

    Caron joined Genesis10 in 1999 and has been a member of the management team in the role of Director of Compliance since 2007. She has over 25 years of experience in the Consulting Industry and has focused on both internal and external auditing and the development of compliance policies.

    Tara oversees sales and operations, including training, mentoring, and performance management initiatives for all Dev10 and G10 Associates and nationally. Tara is an advocate and trusted advisor to companies for next-generation workforce planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

    Leading our creative team, Janelle shapes our messaging for clients, prospects, consultants, and candidates. With 17+ years in staffing, she seamlessly extends our sales and recruiting efforts. Janelle has been a vital part of Genesis10 since 2012. Janelle goes beyond the office, contributing passionately to the Eastview Athletic Association as a volleyball board member.

    Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources

    Mark leads our team of hard-working HR, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition professionals. Joining Genesis10 in 2020 as Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition, he brings more than 20 years of experience working at Fortune 500 companies to the role. Mark is a lifetime Charter Member of ATAP (Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals).

    With a passion for process efficiencies, Eric shifted from leading Genesis10’s Charlotte team, a Charlotte Observer Top Workplace, to head up the Corporate Operations and Delivery Center team. He works across the organization to integrate technology, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience. Eric joined Genesis10 in 2011.
