As one of the 10 founding partners and member of the Executive Team, Glenn provides strategic direction on the company’s growth as well as manages finance and operations. As a Certified Public Accountant, Glenn brings over 26 years of finance, operations, and resource management experience to Genesis10.
As a member of the Executive Team, Ami has corporate responsibilities for the go to market strategy, marketing function and is the Domestic Outsourcing Service Line Leader responsible for sales and operations. She enjoys designing high-value client-specific talent solutions, leveraging over 17 years of IT, Supply Chain Mgmt. and Resource Mgmt. experience.
Vincent serves as the Executive responsible for Genesis10’s information, data, communication and security management strategy, policies, governance and IT audit. He brings over 20 years of information technology experience with expertise in Microsoft Technologies.
Andrew is charged with managing the financial health and mitigating operational risk at Genesis10. He has been with the company since 2001, providing management and oversight of the receivables, payables and payroll teams. Andrew is responsible for establishing, monitoring and enforcing financial-related policies, procedures and internal controls.
Caron joined Genesis10 as a founding partner and has been a member of the management team in the role of Director of Compliance since 2007. She has over 25 years of experience in the Consulting Industry and has focused on both internal and external auditing and the development of compliance policies.
Remster oversees the recruiting function nationally, providing strategic direction on recruiting processes and technologies. Remster leverages his 19+ years of practical recruiting experience to develop innovative recruiting strategies. He also engages directly with clients to design effective recruiting and fulfillment solutions for large, complex engagements.
With over 30 years of human capital management experience, Tracy strategically partners with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and programs related but not limited to: employee relations, affirmative action, compensation, benefits and employee development.
Tara oversees sales and operations, including training, mentoring and performance management initiatives for all Dev10 and G10 Associates and nationally. Tara is an advocate and trusted advisor to companies for next generation workforce planning, implementation and ongoing support.
