Our Story
At Genesis10, our story isn’t just about how we started. It’s about why we said yes, even when it would have been easier to play it safe.
After selling his first company, Triad Data, our founder Harley Lippman turned his focus to what came next. What stayed with him was the trust he had built with the people around him.
In 1999, Harley reached out to 12 of those individuals. Ten said yes. Most had stable jobs, young families, and every reason to stay where they were. They chose to take a chance anyway.
There were no guarantees. Just a group of people who trusted each other and were willing to build something together. That decision became the foundation of Genesis10.
The name came from that moment: a fresh start and the ten people who made it happen.
And while the company has grown, that sense of starting fresh is still here. We lead with heart. We show up for each other. And we believe that relationships, not roles, are what make work fulfilling.
What started with ten people has grown into something much larger. But at its core, Genesis10 still feels the same.
People here describe it like a heartbeat. Alive, real and always moving. Everyone who joins gets connected to it. Every person becomes a thread tied to the heart of something bigger.
We’re proud of how many people choose to stay. Not out of habit, but because they feel seen. Because their work matters. Because leadership backs up its values with action.

We’re also proud to bring diverse perspectives to the table and partner with organizations that value inclusion and opportunity for all.
We also show up for the communities where we live and work. Sometimes that means volunteering. Sometimes it means stepping back and listening. Either way, it always starts with people.
What Comes Next
We’re still building. Still listening. Still creating space for good people to do impactful work.
If you’re looking for a company where your work feels purposeful, where people care and where you can make a difference, you’re in the right place.
