Commitment to People
People do their best work when they feel included, respected and supported. From the beginning, we’ve worked to create an environment where everyone can thrive, no matter who they are, where they’re from or what path brought them here. Inclusion is an integral part of who we are. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), we’re proud to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.

Our DEI Mission
We at Genesis 10 believe that people are the core of innovation, and we proudly celebrate the diversity of our people. We are committed to fostering a respectful and collaborative environment that welcomes authenticity and embraces everyone’s unique experience. Our spirit of inclusion empowers our talent to inspire, create and positively impact the diverse clients we serve.
Our Journey Toward Inclusion
The DEI Council at Genesis10 began as an HR-led initiative. It started with a simple idea: our workforce is full of diverse stories, perspectives and potential, and we wanted to create a space to honor that. Today, DEI is embedded across our culture and operations.
We’ve introduced employee resource groups, launched speaker series events and shaped learning experiences to help our teams better understand one another.
We continue to evolve, guided by the belief that we all rise when every person is seen, valued and supported.

DEI creates stronger teams, encourages innovation and helps people feel safe and supported. Inclusive companies also tend to attract and retain top talent.
We post roles on diverse job boards, partner with inclusive student groups and ensure our recruiters reflect the diversity of the candidates we serve.
