The State of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system needed to merge its ERP systems into one PeopleSoft ERP: Financials, Supply Chain and HCM implementation project. We provided two managers and three teams of consultants to merge the systems.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

Two Healthcare providers merged, creating the State of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system. Accordingly, as one health system, our client needed to merge its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems into one PeopleSoft ERP: Financials, Supply Chain (referred to and managed as FSCM), and HCM implementation project.

Act as their internal implementation partner to design, implement and manage the global rollout of the financials and HCM modules.

OUTCOMES:

By leveraging an experienced team, we were able to successfully compete the 3-year global implementation across North America, Latin America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The team successfully stabilized the platform and facilitated the strategic decision to migrate to the cloud.
