Due to the elimination of its intern program and the unwillingness of other consulting firms to allow conversion of junior consultants, this global food corporation faced serious challenges in attracting and retaining junior technical talent. In early 2019, our client adopted Dev10 to address these issues.

Our client, a global food corporation, faced serious challenges in attracting and retaining junior technical talent.

HOW WE HELPED:

In partnership with our client’s HR and Global IT teams, Dev10 onboarded junior talent with a planned right-to-hire. The first two Dev10 resources were placed on the Application Cloud Enablement Services team to enhance cloud-based apps and platforms.

OUTCOMES:

The client’s use of the Dev10 program has since expanded to 18 consultants across nine Global IT teams supporting various initiatives such as digital product development, cloud enablement, mobility, platform API, digital experience/Content Management Systems and cybersecurity. To date, six Dev10 consultants have converted to full-time employees.

A leading facilities services and management company was at risk of losing a major contract with a global Fortune 50 online retailer because they could not scale their workforce to maintain the buildings and the equipment integral to the Retailer’s Operations. Then, COVID-19 hit.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

The Facilities Management partner needed to hire 1,000 Maintenance Technicians to support the online retailer’s growth plans. The offshore firm used to vet the Technicians was in a lockdown, highlighting a process breakdown and dependency.

HOW WE HELPED:

Genesis10 mobilized a team and outlined a structured, repeatable approach to proctor exams to fully vet each candidate while adhering to social distancing guidelines. We standardized the vetting process to maintain candidate consistency, given that we needed to hire 1,000 Maintenance Technicians.

OUTCOMES:

Genesis10 sourced and vetted 3x the number of qualified candidates for the Facilities Management Company, moving our client from RED status to Green in the eyes of the Online Retailer.

A global consulting HR firm merges with a professional services firm specializing in Human Resources, Financial Services, Reinsurance intermediary and actuarial services to form the largest employee-benefits consulting firm by revenue that has over 14,000 employees and provides services in 35 countries.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

...The newly formed entity decided to modernize their disparate legacy ERP financials and HCM systems into a single Global Instance of the Oracle EBS Platform –R 12.1.3.

HOW WE HELPED:

Act as their internal implementation partner to design, implement and manage the global rollout of the financials and HCM modules.

OUTCOMES:

By leveraging an experienced team, we were able to successfully compete the 3-year global implementation across North America, Latin America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The team successfully stabilized the platform and facilitated the strategic decision to migrate to the cloud. In turn, the platform was upgraded to the 12.2.x platform, as a prelude to the Oracle Cloud migration..

A global Fortune 25 online professional networking service was experiencing a spike in fraudulent activity during the height of the pandemic. To combat the spike in fraud, our client scaled their Fraud Investigators to increase the overall due diligence and content monitoring of the site.

With the rise of online job boards, the gig economy, and professional networking sites, it has become easier to conduct job searches online as well as to promote content. Unfortunately with the ease of online networking comes perils of fraud – many different types of fraud.

HOW WE HELPED:

Acting with a sense of urgency given the business challenge, Genesis10’s dedicated account team worked in collaboration with the client to gain business insight to identify the requisite competencies needed to be an effective Fraud Investigator, going well beyond a position description.

OUTCOMES:

The State of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system needed to merge its ERP systems into one PeopleSoft ERP: Financials, Supply Chain and HCM implementation project. We provided two managers and three teams of consultants to merge the systems.

Two Healthcare providers merged, creating the State of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system. Accordingly, as one health system, our client needed to merge its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems into one PeopleSoft ERP: Financials, Supply Chain (referred to and managed as FSCM), and HCM implementation project.
