Glenn J. Klein

President and CFO

Glenn Klein is President and Chief Financial Officer and one of the 10 founding partners of Genesis10. He has over 24 years of finance, operations, budgeting and resource management experience serving industries that include financial services, IT, professional services, manufacturing and consumer retail. Within Genesis10, Klein provides the vision for and the direction on all financial and operational disciplines. Prior to joining Genesis10, Glenn was Chief Financial Officer for Triad Data, Inc., New York. Under his direction, the organization achieved significant improvement in profitability through best practices controls in billing and operations. Glenn led the due diligence efforts when Triad Data merged with Renaissance Worldwide. He has served in senior financial and operations roles for rapidly growing companies, including Corporate Controller for Renaissance Worldwide, Vice President of Finance for Scudder Stevens and Clark and Finance Director for Salomon Brothers. In these roles, he was responsible for enterprise financial and accounting oversight, enterprise software integrations, human resources and business operations. Glenn is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also an active volunteer in his local community.


Chief Innovation Officer

Ami has nearly twenty years of experience in the IT Industry with twelve of those years as a management consultant specializing in the areas of enterprise business transformation, organizational change management and supply chain management. Today, as Chief Innovation Officer, Ami is responsible for developing new and/or evolving existing corporate capabilities as well as designing client-specific talent solutions that create value through cost savings, process efficiencies and strategically aligning talent strategies by balancing cost, risk, quality and capability trade-offs.

Ami has personally led the strategic design and development of Genesis10’s Domestic Outsourcing and Delivery Center capabilities since 2009. Today, under her leadership, Genesis10 has established five domestic delivery centers across the United States that are SSAE-16 certified. She has a track record and reputation for focusing on outcomes, value creation and designing talent management solutions that address business, operational, regulatory and HR-related risks for her clients. To-date, Delivery Centers by Genesis10 has delivered materials savings for our clients in excess of $80 million.

She and her team have a shared passion and vision for delivering exceptional value to their clients; while being able to positively affect our consultant’s personal and professional career by creating employment opportunities in markets that were affected by the economic downturn. To that end, Ami recently launched a blog on Domestic Outsourcing and Talent Management Solutions to create further situational awareness and explore the emerging U.S. domestic outsourcing business model and its implications for talent management and location strategy:

Prior to joining Genesis10, Ami was a leader in Ernst & Young and Capgemini’s Supply Chain Management team. As a senior management consultant, she has provided thought leadership in Business Transformation, eProcurement and eAuction. She is considered a subject matter expert in strategic sourcing, publications include: “When to Auction” (Purchasing Magazine, June 2001) and eNegotiation Strategy (Purchasing Magazine, 2002). In addition to client-facing delivery responsibilities, Ami led development of Capgemini’s market offering for online negotiation in its Strategic Sourcing practice. Ami has also had the privilege of providing secretariat-level consulting and advisory services for the United States Army for the largest business transformation efforts in management science history.

She holds an M.B.A. from American University in Management of Global Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Transportation and Logistics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
