meeting genesis 10 for the first time
most people ask about our name it's
actually a nod to the 10 people who in
1999 believed in new beginnings they
placed their trust in our founder and
ceo harley lipman to found and nurture a
technology staffing and services firm
with a distinctive set of core values
genesis 10 set out to become a company
that cares about its people and
communities creating prosperity and
protecting our planet in keeping with
our core values since our ceo harley
lipman founded genesis 10 we actively
encourage and make it possible for our
people to give back and support dozens
of charities and organizations by way of
time and financial contributions
our role model is harley who gives
selflessly to global national and local
causes including solely funding an
orphanage in cambodia that his family
has been working with for the past 16 years
hi my name is divya amrit and i am a
technical recruiter at genesis 10.
genesis 10 is a great company to work
for the leadership at genesis 10 was so
supportive towards me when my 10 year
old boy was diagnosed with brain cancer
glenn told me divya go do what you need
to do to take care of your son do not
worry about work those words that glenn
told me gave me so much comfort and so
much strength that i went i fought for
my son's life and we came back
victorious he is in remission for a
whole one year now and i look forward
for him to just being in remission and
being a survivor

i joined the company over eight years
ago and one of the reasons i chose

i'm just very fortunate that i have a
great great group of people that
really care about each other
it's very much of a team environment
very collaborative
we always put the employee first a lot
of companies like to focus on profits
and revenue first we go the other way
around
so what's amazing about genesis 10 is
the people that we have
i mean they're just extraordinary they
care about each other if somebody's sick
or if someone has a parent ill or a
child everybody comes together to help
each other within the company so it's
really a community we call it the
genesis 10 family
and on top of that we also care about
others even outside of genesis 10 we
give back we have we adopt kids over
thanksgiving we give christmas gifts to
kids we volunteer people take time off
to volunteer to help the needy or
whatever charity they think is
meaningful to them we're a big believer
in being good people caring about each
other and making people number one and i
think that's what makes a difference and
the proof of that is we have probably
the highest retention in the industry
and you wouldn't have that you didn't
have a culture of trust honesty sincere
caring and really giving back to each
other and our community so i'm
incredibly proud of everyone in genesis
incredibly grateful that they voted us
to be best place to work
