Genesis10 has received a Best Leadership Team award from Comparably. The workplace culture and compensation site presents the award annually to recognize companies with the highest rated CEO, executive/management team and direct manager, as determined by employees. Of the list of 50 large companies, Genesis10 is ranked #28, among Google, Microsoft, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Facebook and SAP. There's also a list of small and mid-sized companies.

His documentary, Safeguarding Memory, aired on PBS and received two awards for its impact and storytelling.
