Genesis10 is ranked among the best places to work with the brightest futures, receiving a Best Outlook award from Comparably. The workplace culture and compensation site presents the award annually to recognize companies with the brightest futures, as rated by employees.

Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between March 8, 2018 and March 8, 2019. Winners of Best Outlook are determined based on two scores:

Outlook, which measures responses to such questions as “How confident are you about the future success of your company?” and “Are you typically excited about going to work each day?” and

eNPS score (employee Net Promoter Score), which measures responses to the question, “How likely are you to recommend working at your company to a friend?”
In December, Genesis10 Founder and CEO Harley Lippman received a Best CEO Award from Comparably.
