“I am honored to receive the Best CEO for Diversity award,” said Harley Lippman, CEO at Genesis10. “Creating an environment that promotes equality, dignity, and respect for all is a top priority. Genesis10 recognizes and values the individual differences and contributions of each employee, and we pledge to continue to do so. It is who we are. That this award comes from our employees makes it all the more meaningful.”
The annual Best CEOs for Diversity awards represent the top-ranked CEOs, based solely on sentiment ratings from employees of color on Comparably.com in the previous 12 months (June 24, 2021-June 24, 2022). Derived from 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies, rankings were determined by the most positive sentiment ratings from employees of color (non-Caucasian) about the CEO’s effectiveness and management style.
