Tara Wyborny is Vice President of Talent Development for Dev10, an essential service within the Genesis10 family. She focuses on developing technology talent through Dev10’s hire-train-deploy model. Tara advises companies as they build and grow their tech teams. Her work centers on workforce planning, training and long-term support that helps clients close modern skill gaps. Her background includes operations management, recruitment strategy, training and performance development.

Tara is committed to helping junior talent begin strong in technology. She offers clear guidance across technical and business paths, preparing talent for the expectations of today’s workforce.

Leadership and Experience

Since joining Genesis10 in 2010, Tara has held several leadership roles, including National Director of Emerging Talent Programs and Recruiting Lead for the G10 Associates Program. She co-created the Dev10 program in 2018, which has launched the careers of more than 1,600 software developers and data analysts. Under her leadership, Dev10 has expanded across the country, supporting clients with talent development, project readiness and long-term workforce planning.

Tara’s leadership is grounded in her belief in the potential of people and her focus on building scalable training and development pathways. Staffing Industry Analysts recognized her work by naming her to their 40 Under 40 list.

Before joining Genesis10, Tara worked at Honda of America Manufacturing, where she led college recruiting and internship programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Indiana University Bloomington.

Community and Affiliations

Outside of her role at Dev10, Tara serves as Chairperson of the Executive Advisory Board on Curriculum for Management Information Systems at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She is also a frequent speaker on workforce innovation and diversity in tech.
