Janelle Lynch is the Director of Marketing at Genesis10, where she leads brand strategy, creative direction and communications across client, consultant and candidate audiences. With more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry and a tenure at Genesis10 since 2012, she has played a key role in aligning marketing with business goals and elevating the company’s presence.

Leadership and Experience

Since stepping into her leadership role in 2021, Janelle has helped unify Genesis10’s messaging and strengthen internal alignment. Her efforts have supported stronger employee and client engagement, contributing to improved Net Promoter Scores and multiple national Best of Staffing Awards for client, talent and employee satisfaction.

In 2025, Janelle was recognized by Twin Cities Business as one of the Notable Leaders in Marketing, honoring her work to strengthen the Genesis10 brand and expand its national recognition.

Janelle also serves as Executive Sponsor for Genesis10’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Employee Resource Group and the Parents and Caregivers ERG, reflecting her commitment to company culture and employee engagement.

Janelle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is known for her clear communication, thoughtful leadership and consistent dedication to empowering others through both her professional work and community involvement.

Community and Affiliations

Outside of work, she serves on the board of Eastview Lightning Volleyball, where she leads marketing and volunteer communications for the girls’ nonprofit sports program. She has also served on the board of the Minnesota American Marketing Association as Vice President of the Annual Conference, contributing to the region’s professional marketing community.
