With decades of experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations, Mark is known for building and transforming recruiting teams, championing diversity in hiring and driving process improvement across HR operations. He has deep industry experience in pharma, healthcare, financial services and technology, and a strong track record of leading HR and talent initiatives across geographies.

Prior to Genesis10, Mark held leadership roles at organizations such as Ultimate Medical Academy, Cigna, Aetna, Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb. His work has spanned early career and diversity talent, university relations and enterprise-wide recruiting strategy.

Mark holds degrees in business from the University of Connecticut and Purdue University Global, and a Project Management certification from Villanova University.

Mark is a lifetime Charter Member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), reflecting his long-standing commitment to elevating the TA profession.
