Genesis10 is proud to share that Tara Wyborny, vice president of talent development for Dev10, has been named one of Twin Cities Business’ 2025 Notable Leaders in Recruitment & Talent.
The award recognizes her leadership in building tech talent programs and helping people launch successful careers.
Building the Next Generation of Tech Talent
Wyborny co-founded Dev10, a service line of Genesis10, in 2018. She created a “hire-train-deploy” model that teaches early-career professionals in-demand skills and places them on projects with top employers.
Since then, Dev10 has launched the careers of more than 1,600 developers and data engineers.
Twin Cities Business honored Wyborny for her ability to create programs that meet workforce needs. Her work helps companies solve talent gaps while expanding access for people from different backgrounds.
