Veterans Program
From Deployed to Employed: Helping Military Veterans and Spouses Begin Their Next Chapter.
We recognize the strengths veterans and military spouses bring to the workforce. Our Veterans Program was created to support your transition into a new career with guidance, preparation and care.
How It Started
In 2011, our founder, Harley Lippman, accompanied a group of U.S. veterans on a trip focused on post-traumatic stress support. That experience changed everything.
When asked how he could personally support their transition into the private sector, the answer wasn’t about benefits or services. It was about purpose.
“We need meaningful work.”
That moment led to the launch of our Veterans Program, built to help people move forward with confidence after military service.

Who the Program Supports
The Genesis10 Veterans Program is designed to support people with a military background who are ready for their next step. We understand that every story is different and we’re here to meet you where you are.
Veterans
We work with veterans who are ready for something new but aren’t sure where to start. Many of the people we help served in leadership roles or earned college degrees during their time in the military. They often have great skills but need help finding the right fit.
Military Spouses
We also support military spouses who may have taken time away from work to care for family or move more often. We help highlight your experience in a way that speaks to hiring managers.
The Value of a Dedicated Veterans Program
Veterans and spouses often bring qualities that companies need most like responsibility, loyalty and a strong work ethic. But sometimes, their resumes don’t tell the full story. That’s where we come in. We help make sure your skills and potential don’t get overlooked.
