The Charlotte Observer has named Genesis10 a Top Workplace.
Genesis10 is #22 of 63 companies with 35-149 employees in the Charlotte area, and was named to the list also in 2021.
The Charlotte Observer Top Workplaces program recognizes Charlotte companies that are committed to making their organizations a great place to work, based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from more than 25,000 employees at Charlotte public, private and nonprofit organizations.

To qualify for the Charlotte Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Charlotte. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
A special digital edition of The Charlotte Observer featuring this year’s Top Workplaces winners will be released on Sunday, November 19.
Earlier this year, the Charlotte Business Journal named Genesis10 to its 2023 Largest Charlotte-area Temporary Staffing Companies list. Genesis10 is recognized as one of the largest U.S. staffing companies by Staffing Industry Analysts, and has received Best of Staffing Awards for providing a superior experience for clients and employee.
