A Fortune 100 financial services company with more than 30,000 employees across 10 countries was undergoing significant organizational change. Following the sale of an offshore operation, the company faced critical workforce gaps while accelerating cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.

With a largely tenured workforce and limited new hiring, leadership needed a strategy that could scale technical talent quickly while strengthening the long-term workforce pipeline.
