Client Overview

A leading U.S. financial institution sought to modernize its commercial loan processing operations. Existing processes were siloed by product area, creating inefficiencies and inconsistent reporting across the Commercial Banking organization.

Increasing regulatory requirements added urgency to the effort. Leadership needed a unified approach that could support the entire organization while maintaining the unique requirements of individual lines of business.
