Genesis10 has served as a strategic partner to a global Fortune 25 financial services institution since 2007. The partnership spans staffing, project delivery, domestic outsourcing, managed services, talent creation through Dev10, and digital consulting.

Over nearly two decades, Genesis10 has supported more than 1,200 technology and operational initiatives across the organization. The partnership has also delivered more than 400 placements annually since 2009, helping the client scale teams across critical business and technology functions.

Genesis10’s domestic outsourcing and delivery center model has helped the organization achieve more than $200 million in labor savings while maintaining operational flexibility and delivery quality.

The client required a flexible delivery model that could support large scale technology initiatives while maintaining operational consistency across multiple business lines.

Genesis10 Solution

Genesis10 delivered a multi faceted engagement model combining staffing, delivery centers, talent creation, and targeted hiring programs.

Technology Support Organization

Genesis10 supported the client’s U.S. Consumer Banking division by building a large scale technology support organization.

This effort included:

  • A 160 person technical support team
  • A 10 person Program Delivery Management team responsible for governance and coordination
  • 84 application support professionals
  • 66 desktop support specialists
  • 10 training professionals

This structure enabled the client to rapidly scale support for consumer banking platforms while maintaining consistent service delivery and governance.

Dev10 Talent Creation Program

Genesis10 also supported the client through Dev10, Genesis10’s emerging technology talent program designed to train and deploy early-career software developers.

The client faced persistent talent shortages across development teams, particularly in software engineering roles. Genesis10 deployed Dev10 Associates trained in full stack Java development and related technologies including Python, Hadoop and Pega.

In addition to technical training, Genesis10 delivered customized client readiness training covering the organization’s structure, operating model, project methodologies and strategic initiatives.

Through this program, 43 Dev10 Associates were deployed across two locations to strengthen development teams and accelerate delivery across multiple initiatives.

 

Hiring Day Recruitment Model

Genesis10 also supported the client’s hiring initiatives through targeted Hiring Day events in key metro markets where technology talent was in high demand.

During these events, hiring managers interviewed multiple candidates in a single day and extended offers on site. This accelerated the hiring process and improved conversion rates while helping the client fill critical technology roles more quickly.

The program achieved an 85 percent success rate measured by offers accepted relative to candidates interviewed.

Delivery Center Model

Genesis10 also supports the client through a U.S.-based delivery center model that provides an alternative to traditional staffing and offshore sourcing.

These delivery teams support technology and operational initiatives while maintaining close alignment with enterprise governance, compliance and operational standards. The model allows the client to balance cost, delivery flexibility and risk while maintaining high service quality.
