Harley Lippman Shares Talent Strategy with IBD

CEO Harley Lippman was quoted in today’s Investor’s Business Daily. In the article Lippman discusses talent management strategies that are critical to corporate performance, including the importance of high-performing and engaged employees. Lippman references the PwC 16th Annual Global CEO Survey that found “77% of CEOs planned to revise their strategies for managing talent this year, because ‘they realize they won’t be able to attract and retain new customers without well-trained, highly motivated employees.’”
