Comparably Best Company Happiness Award The award is presented annually to recognize companies that provide fair pay, perks, benefits, and work environment as determined by employees. Comparably compiled the final data set from 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies, large and small.

Genesis10 was recognized on SIA’s list of Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms, and Best Company Outlook by Business Insider. 

Comparably awards are determined by anonymous feedback from current employees who rated their employers on various workplace topics, including CEO effectiveness, leadership, and professional development, during the period from May 15, 2023, to May 15, 2024. Responses are scored numerically and compared to similar-sized companies.
