A global media and financial services company required a large number of experienced software engineers to support business-critical applications across multiple lines of business. The organization was experiencing rapid growth and needed highly skilled talent to maintain and advance its technology platforms.

Existing recruiting efforts were not delivering the quantity or quality of candidates required. Despite working with multiple suppliers, hiring outcomes remained below expectations.
