As Managing Director—Central Texas, Colleen McIntyre leads Genesis10’s sales and recruiting team in Austin, assisting clients with solving for their challenges with IT staffing, workforce optimization and domestic outsourcing solutions. She has more than 25 years of recruiting and leadership experience and is one of the original 10 founding member of Genesis10. Prior to her current role, she served as Branch Manager of Genesis10’s team in Wisconsin and as a Recruiting Director. Each year since Colleen opened the office in Austin in June 2017, the Austin Business Journal has named Genesis10 a Top Austin-Area Tech Recruitment Firm and a Top Staffing Firm in the Austin Area.
