The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has named Genesis10 to the Twin Cities Largest Management Consulting Firms list for 2018. It’s the fourth consecutive year that Genesis10’s Minnesota office places in the ranking at number-three.
Genesis10 is a professional technology services firm that provides staffing, workforce optimization and domestic outsourcing solutions onsite, onshore or in a hybrid delivery model.
Earlier this year, Genesis10 launched its Dev10 Software Developer training program in St. Paul to build developer workforce capabilities to address the skills shortage which is intensifying due to immigration reform.
The Dev10 program strategically hires technology-minded consultants and trains them in Java and Python programming, which are foundational competencies key to supporting emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and others.
Based on its success at placing its first Dev10 Consultants with clients in the Twin Cities, Genesis10 is planning to expand the program to other select cities in the U.S., beginning with Charlotte and Dallas.
With extensive senior leadership experience in the Twin Cities business community, Brekke has held key roles at organizations including Analysts International, Fingerhut, and Ernst & Young. A respected voice in the tech industry, she has served on the board of the Minnesota High Tech Association and has contributed to national leadership efforts across Genesis10’s diverse portfolio of business and technology talent management services.
Brekke has received recognition from the Department of Defense for her executive support of Genesis10’s veterans program. She has also been honored multiple times as one of the most influential women in technology, earning spots on the SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, the Notable Women in Technology list by Twin Cities Business, and The Minnesota 500 – The Most Powerful Business Leaders in Minnesota.
