The client had recently undergone major organizational changes, including the sale of an offshore captive operation. Scrum Master Program

In addition to technology tracks, Dev10 created a customized Scrum Master program: 

  • Three weeks of classroom training with Scrum Master and SAFe Agile certification 

  • Client-specific onboarding to align with internal processes 

  • Deployment with built-in support, including ongoing coaching, community sessions and office hours
