Genesis10 has once again been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) list of Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms, celebrating a third consecutive year of national recognition.
The 2025 list includes more than 177 firms across the United States and Canada, each holding a verified third-party certification. Genesis10 qualified through its Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) certification, granted in 2023 by Disability:IN.
This certification is awarded to businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by an individual with a disability. In our case, that individual is Harley Lippman, Genesis10’s founder and CEO, who identifies as neurodivergent.
“Being honored by SIA for three years in a row is a meaningful reflection of our leadership and our values,” said Katrina Parker-Evelyn, Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at Genesis10. “We are committed to creating an environment where inclusion is lived every day through our policies, our culture, and the voices we uplift.”
Recognition on this list reaffirms more than a certification. It reinforces our approach to creating workplaces that reflect the world around us. Clients choose Genesis10 not only for talent and delivery but also for our ability to meet supplier diversity goals with credibility and purpose.
Internally, we cultivate a culture where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in how we hire, how we lead, and how we build community.
Recognition is a milestone, not a finish line. Genesis10 is deepening its commitment to inclusion by partnering with community-based organizations that support underrepresented talent, advancing training programs that foster inclusive leadership and accessibility, and setting measurable goals to increase equity in hiring and career advancement.
As we celebrate our third consecutive year on the SIA list, our focus remains on building what comes next as a company that is not only diversity-certified, but truly people-centered and inclusive at every level.
