CIOs and talent strategists will not be surprised to learn that artificial intelligence (AI) and data science jobs make the top of *CIO India*’s list of [The 11 Most Difficult IT Hires Today](http://www.cio.in/feature/11-most-difficult-it-hires-today). That’s because these technologies are relatively young and being introduced in all sorts of companies going through digital transformation, writes the author Paul Heltzel. Still, other roles cited may not be those IT leaders expect.
