When Harley Lippman founded Genesis10, he invited 12 key employees and colleagues from his previous company to join him in a new venture, at pay cuts of 50 to 80 percent and with only a few clients. Still, ten of those employees accepted his offer and became the “10″ of Genesis10. “The most important lesson learned here," says Lippman, "was trust. Even though I had nothing tangible to offer my team, I realized that they were willing to risk their good jobs and nice homes because they trusted me to do things right. That kind of trust in a person by others is something I'll never forget."
While Genesis10 now has over 2,000 employees and consultants across the nation and provides solutions to some of the largest corporations in the world, the company continues to propel forward while keeping to core values of trust, integrity and the need to build and grow in order to give back to the community.
Genesis10 is committed to building long-term trusted partnerships with our clients. We blend the capability of a large company with the intimate hands-on approach to client relationships. From our executive leadership team to our local staff, every employee of Genesis10 is available and committed to our clients’ success.
We understand that Genesis10 consultants, direct hires and the candidates we represent are the center of our success, and we are dedicated to providing the support, respect and bi-directional communication needed to foster their personal success as well as the success of their assignments. We create a culture of inclusion and our wide base of clients enables Genesis10 to engage and place consultants project after project.
We are passionate about supporting our communities. We've developed creative solutions that support US military veterans in their transition back to work and that help new college graduates find their niche in the workforce.
Additionally, Lippman fosters a culture of giving back by supporting numerous and diverse national and local organizations including Wounded Warrior Project, Muscular Dystrophy Association, FRAXA Research Foundation, American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, Girl Scouts of the USA, Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, Kansas City Rescue Mission, Camp Interactive and Vets4Vets. Genesis10 employees are urged to volunteer their time and energy to worthy charitable organizations.
