To be perfectly frank, I had not intended
to join a consulting firm, at least for some time. I was part
of a corporate structure and decided I would stay until I
could retire at the earliest possible age then go into consulting.
Unfortunately, the business area in which I worked was sold.
The stability I thought I had was shaken. I did not lose my
job with the new company, and although it did not change in
title, it seriously changed in the way my skills were utilized.
It was then I began seriously looking at consulting.
I knew from experience that Genesis10 was a well-respected

It took some time for me to actually make the plunge but once
