Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Account Team to meet client requirements.
  • Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Teams recommendation.
  • Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
  • Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills within the technology arena.

Proven Abilities:

  • An excellent track record of developing strong relationships and trust resulting in the right resource for the right role and higher candidate retention rates.
  • Success working in a high pace, high volume staffing environment.
  • Highly professional and enjoys partnering with a highly talented sales team to truly deliver value to our clients.
  • A great reputation and sales pipeline makes all the difference in your earning potential.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • To succeed in this position you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services Industry recruiting high level Information Technology Professionals (Application/web Developers, Architects, Database development, DBA's, ERP, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Architects, etc.).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent highly desired.
  • Experience in staffing/recruiting/sales/customer service.
  • Solicit, obtain, review and build relationships with new and existing candidates.
  • Ability to be productive while working independently in a high paced environment.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent decisions.
