Your Responsibilities:

Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Account Team to meet client requirements.
Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Teams recommendation.
Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates.
Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills within the technology arena.

An excellent track record of developing strong relationships and trust resulting in the right resource for the right role and higher candidate retention rates.
Success working in a high pace, high volume staffing environment.
Highly professional and enjoys partnering with a highly talented sales team to truly deliver value to our clients.
A great reputation and sales pipeline makes all the difference in your earning potential.

Required Experience/Skills:

To succeed in this position you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services Industry recruiting high level Information Technology Professionals (Application/web Developers, Architects, Database development, DBA's, ERP, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Architects, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent highly desired.
Experience in staffing/recruiting/sales/customer service.
Solicit, obtain, review and build relationships with new and existing candidates.
Ability to be productive while working independently in a high paced environment.
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and make independent decisions.
